The purpose of this thinspo/fitspo blog is to encourage my weightloss journey as well as others'. I have struggled with bulimic and anorexic tendencies in the recent past, but that is steadily settling as the days go on :) I have been very athletic from a young age. I know about injuries, training, and the relationship our bodies have with exercise and food. I come from a hippy town, where healthy foods are all the rage.
